My work load has tripled the last 2 yrs

I can’t get into details as it would easily give away my franchise
My work load is just getting to the point that it’s not possible to ever start the next day with a clean slate
Monday’s are utterly insane that I can’t even answer the phone . I literally have 100-150
customers in the store and it’s just awful day for me !!

Non stop train of white trash , black thugs and Latinos who can’t speak English
Funny one week it’s me battling blacks but the last week it’s been all white trash !!

I used to check my stores email every day !!
Now it’s every 2 weeks !!!
I was doing paperwork and did not leave the store until 820 pm !!
I often don’t even return phone calls for 3-4 days !

I am so busy but I am still not making any more $$
Why ?? I can’t tell you the reason

Some Monday’s are so insane that I have often thought about just lying and telling all the customers that my computer is down
