1.This one: They only differ in the final outcome: slavery, serfdom, or death.

I have always tried to reduce argument to its most salient points. As in this description of the two parties aims:
The Founders, classical liberals, conservatives
a. individualism, free markets, and limited constitutional government.
“free markets, free voices, free people”

Fascists, Nazis, Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, Communists, Democrats
b. the collective, command and control regulation of private industry, and overarching government that can order every aspect of the private citizen's life....right down to control of his thoughts and speech.
None of the totalitarian forms of political plague have the slightest concern for human life: not communism (gulags), not Nazism (concentration camps), not Liberalism (abortion), not Progressivism (eugenics), not socialism (theft), not fascism (murder).

The Democrats check every one of those boxes.

They only differ in the final outcome: slavery, serfdom, or death.

2. Central to that idea is how much government aims to steal from those who earn it:

What if you find that based on Federal taxes, state taxes, local taxes, sales tax, parking fees, license fees, speed cameras, hidden taxes of all sorts......
....and the insidious tax, inflation.........amounted to more than half your income at least?

Have we reached slavery????
Or just serfdom?

4. “In President Biden’s budget speech Thursday, he referred on eight separate occasions to “pay their fair share.” He just kept repeating it. Some left-wing pollster probably told him that it plays well in progressive precincts. As you may have guessed, this performance and its content got under my skin. Mr. Biden is always blaming businesses and wealthy successful individuals.

Always blaming them. And it’s a lie. It’s a big lie. Just like any left-wing propagandist. Say it enough, and it becomes true. It goes way beyond cognitive dissonance. It is just a big lie. Let’s look at some facts. This is from the Internal Revenue Service as analyzed by the nonpartisan Tax Foundation.

First, the United States has the most progressive tax system in the world. That’s according to an OECD study several years ago.

Progressive means the upper end pays far more than the low end. So here are some facts, according to IRS data from 2018, the most recent numbers available. The top 1% of taxpayers paid $616 billion, which is 40% of all the income taxes paid.”
Biden's Budget: The Road to Serfdom

Of course it’s a lie…..but, to be fair, Democrats lie about everything.

5. Now…..how long have you swallowed that “have the rich pay their fair share” propaganda???

“ The top 1% pays 40% of all the income taxes. One addendum: The top 1% earned 21% of the income but paid 40% of the income tax. I’d say that’s twice their fair share. There’s more. The entire bottom half of taxpayers who earned 11.6% of the income paid a scant 2.9% of the income tax.

Some more facts: Six in ten households receive more in direct government benefits than they pay in federal taxes. Another fact, over 53 million low and middle income individuals pay no income taxes because of refundable tax credit, which are effectively a form of federal spending through the tax code.

… , according to Congressional Budget Office data for 2017 the lowest quintile of the income groups actually had an income tax rate of negative 10.9%. The second lowest quintile had a negative 1% income tax. That means they received more benefits from the government than they paid in taxes.”
Biden's Budget: The Road to Serfdom

How about Biden voter pay their fair share of what they owe this country in patriotism.

6. The tax system, and, in fact, the entire welfare scam, is nothing more than a vote-buying scheme.

The result of the whole “War on Poverty,” at a cost of over $22 trillion since the Democrats began it under LBJ, has led to an infinitesimal drop in the alleged poverty rate.

The fact is there is no real poverty in America.

“We have a more progressive tax system in this country than all these socialist systems in Europe. The idea propagated by Mr. Biden that the top earners don’t pay their fair share is a flat out lie.

Here’re some more facts: The U.S. tax system is essentially dependent on American business. American business pays or remits 93% of the nation's taxes. As far as the Trump tax cuts created these big deficits Biden talked about yesterday, the CBO’s latest estimates show that corporate tax revenue is projected by CBO to match the pre-tax cut level by 2023.

What Mr. Biden did Thursday was pure left-wing progressive woke propaganda. His agenda is totally transparent.

He wants a whole new generation of big spending welfare plans, and he wants them financed by taxing successful earners and businesses. It’s nothing but wealth and redistribution. He has no interest in economic growth.” Biden's Budget: The Road to Serfdom

BTW…’poverty’ is no heat, no food, no home.

Try to find examples of that.

7. Now, with taxes largely misused in the Democrat vote-buying scheme….

“Leslie Ford: We shouldn’t return to welfare as we knew it

Charlotte, NC — Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., has all eyes on him. Again. This time it’s because he’s questioning his party’s line on whether work matters for people receiving welfare.

He recently revealed his reservations with the Biden tax credit, which was transformed into unconditional cash grants: “There’s no work requirements whatsoever. There’s no education requirements whatsoever for better skill sets. Don’t you think, if we’re going to help the children, that the people should make some effort?”

Manchin is right to be concerned with the current legislation. Work matters, especially for the most vulnerable among us.

Twenty-five years ago, both Democrats and Republicans agreed with him. In 1996, there was broad agreement that our national welfare system held people in poverty, for the simple reason that it discouraged work. Even then-Sen. Joe Biden said, “Work should be the premise of our welfare system.” Leslie Ford: We shouldn’t return to welfare as we knew it

You voted Democrat?

Then, you voted for this.

"Democrats’ Plan Paves the Ground to Tax Everything that Moves

Biden’s $400,000 tax hike ‘red line’ would be completely paved over after they institute the “pilot program” for mileage tax.

The U.S. Senate passed President Joe Biden’s infrastructure bill with bipartisan support from 19 Republicans, including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). Buried in the 2,700 page infrastructure package is a pilot program for a vehicle mileage tax.

A vehicle mileage tax, or vehicle miles traveled fee, would charge motorists a fee based on how many miles they drive. Simply put, if you drive a vehicle, you would pay money to the government for every mile you drive. The time period can vary, but is typically a vehicle miles travel fee is measured in a one year period. A vehicle mileage traveled fee can be used to raise revenue for transportation and infrastructure projects.

The infrastructure bill includes $125 million to fund pilot programs to test a national vehicle miles traveled fee.

  • National pilot program: This includes $10 million each year from 2022 to 2026 for a national vehicles miles traveled fee pilot program.
  • State and local pilot program: This includes $75 million provided from the federal government to regional, state and local transportation agencies. The breakdown is $15 million provided each year from 2022 to 2026."

Yet we have complete morons who are still "proud as punch" to have Biden over Trump:

A Most Disturbing Phenomenon

…the Democrat voter.

1.What is the explanation for probably millions of our fellow Americans eschewing logic, experience and, most notably, truth, in support of an alien philosophy and anti-American party?

2. While this is one glaring example of the above, sadly, we have all seen numerous posts on the board with other such Democrat automatons.

One such voter wrote:

“I am often wrong and am more than willing to admit my mistakes.”

I wrote:

“Let's check: did you make a mistake voting for Biden?”

The response:

“Nope.”

"Fact check: Will Biden’s spending bill hike taxes on those making less than $400,000?

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden has repeatedly promised that his massive tax increases won’t hit people earning less than $400,000.

Biden even put his family honor on the line, tweeting: “I give you my word as a Biden: If you make under $400,000 a year, I’ll never raise your taxes one cent.”

But now that the official non-partisan congressional scorekeepers have reviewed Biden’s tax legislation, we know that the president’s pledge fails a fact check. Millions of middle-class families will see their tax burden grow.

Here are the facts:

Nearly 6 million taxpayers taking home less than $100,000 per year would see their taxes go up in 2023 under the Biden legislation.

Biden would even hike taxes on hundreds of thousands of families earning less than $20,000 per year.

And things get worse for the middle class the longer Biden’s tax increases are on the books. By 2027, more than half of all families earning $75,000 to $100,000 would see their taxes go up by a total of more than $3 billion.

Biden’s spending spree is paired with the largest tax increase in more than 50 years, clocking in at more than $2 trillion in higher taxes.

These tax hikes would be permanent, while many of the new spending programs only get temporary funding in order to game budgetary rules. Actually paying for the permanent expansion of government proposed by Biden would require even higher taxes.

Increasing the tax burden would reduce wages, cost jobs, harm economic growth, cut investment, increase prices and harm working American families.
Biden’s legislation includes dozens of different tax increases."

Democrats lie about everything.

"... according to the United States Treasury, tax collections for the first half of FY2022, which began last October 1, set a new record. For the first time during a six-month period, over $2 trillion went into the federal coffers. For the full fiscal year running through this September, the Treasury is predicting a staggering collection total of $4,436,626,000,000 — a figure that will still come up over $1 trillion short of this fiscal year’s projected spending. By way of comparison, however, that revenue would have covered any pre-COVID budget as written, up to FY2019.

... the Biden administration and Congress who see this bountiful harvest of federal funding coming in still demanding more."

Perhaps you don’t consider your children your most valued possession, or you don’t have children. Is your money the one you most value?

That’s theirs as well.

The attitude of the FDR government can be seen in these words of A.B. “Happy” Chandler, a former Kentucky governor: “[A]ll of us owe the government; we owe it for everything we have—and that is the basis of obligation—and the government can take everything we have if the government needs it. . . . The government can assert its right to have all the taxes it needs for any purpose, either now or at any time in the future.”

Democrats are the party of taxation…..many Americans pay over half their earned incomes to big government….leaving us to question whether they are citizens, serfs, or slaves.

It was predicted that IRS audits would go up when Biden won and I have a friend that is an accountant... He told me audits of small businesses are up by 75% at least... While Trump was president audits of people who earn under 100,000 per year never crossed his desk... Now his clients are burning up his phone about audit letters they are receiving....

Don't forget.....to Democrats, everything you own is theirs.

A note from history: this has always been the view of the slaves of the Left:

Obama's father wrote a paper suggesting 100% taxation.

Under Democrat rule, we are the slaves of government.
The same is true under Communism, Fascism, Nazism, Progressivism and Socialism.

It's time to throw off the chains.
