Nope. They just threw a heavy number out there to settle for way less. Of course it would hence he will lawyer up and keep this in the courts for years and that would ruin Dominion as it would cost them clients. I don't care if MyPillow goes out of business as they don't have to service their pillows. But Dominion has to service its machines and software so why use them if they are embroiled in a lawsuit. I'll use a competitor. Hence both have incentives to settle.
