The laws the FCC operate under allow such things and have been upheld by the courts.

... but the idea that the FCC has no place in the discussion of content moderation is contrary to the statutes and regulations that have been in the books for a long time.

Conservatives like JPod want the FCC stripped of that authority. Fine -- defensible position. But that is not the law now.​
