I’ve literally always hated my legs. I was never genetically blessed with massive calves(cause who doesn’t want massive calves?) and I hated that so much for the fact that calves is really a genetic type muscle group, no matter how hard you train them(so i thought).In the beginning, im not gonna lie though… I neglected tf out of my legs. But after 10 plus years of training i will say. I have become impressed with how my legs have shaped. Ive also absolutely destroyed them. Day after day… sitting by a trash can every leg day cause im on the urge of throwing up. What im trying to say is, if you want something bad enough. You will work for it with everything you got, even if “your genetics aren’t good enough” or people sit there and tell you that your wasting your time trying. Not everyone is blessed with godly genetics, but sometimes hard work will beat genetics in the end
