Getting one can have varying degrees of difficulty. The Air Force and Navy are pretty stringent (you can pretty much count on the Navy saying "no"). Your best bet is the Army, as they approve a majority of their asthma medical waivers so long as there have been no symptoms or history past age 13. Best of luck.
