What I get from it is that Christians need to have at least three children per couple and raise them with Christian belief and with strong Christian family standards and ties. The deterioration of the Christian family structure here in America is one of the threats to our society.

Our state laws forbidding parents rights to their children's lives after divorce sure don't help. And raising children under foster care in a sectarian atmosphere is another.

The government is telling us daily that we must not portray our Christian beliefs as a group anywhere that government money is attached to any public place. Then they are trying to create new ways to attach government funds to any public institution through its 'great benevolence' to the American people.

The problems that exist between the Islamic world, and the West aren't primarily religious in nature. The majority of the animousity stems from their treatment during the Cold War, by both the Western Allies, and the USSR, which continued on even after the collapse of the Soviet Union. It was, and still is wrong.

Right now, we're trapped in a cycle of violence, and the way to ending that, in my opinion, is to open up a real, serious dialogue. No negotiations, no demands, just sincerely listen. It's a reconstruction process that will take time, if it's even possible at this point. It'll be, at best, a long road of brick walls and dead ends, but in the end, I believe that the Middle East, and the West can do better for themselves, and their people if both sides can at least agree to leave each other the fuck alone.

Later the Sherriffs office came by in a boat as the flood had covered the first floor of his house and they found him in the attic. He told them that he was staying, that God would take care of him.

Later the Coast Guard came by in a helicopter as the house was now covered in water and he was on the roof. He said he woudl stay because he believed that God was watching over him.

The water rose more and the man drowned. When the man met up with God he said, " God why did I die? I had faith that you would save me!" God said, " I sent you an SUV, a boat and a helicopter. What else did you want."
