well, let's assume that all assholes should be treated the same. I would want a non Muslim who threatened to blow people up in an airport thrown in fucking prison too. So there's that.

BUT I would argue that Muslim assholes SHOULD be treated differently. I would argue that NOT only could that woman be charged with terrorist threatening, but she could and should also be charged with conspiracy to commit to commit murder resulting in a seriously lengthy prison sentence. That is EXACTLY how the FBI broke the mafia. They didn't just charge people for the crimes they individually committed ( a guy who robbed a bank could do a nickel no big deal) they also got them for conspiracy which turned a nickle into 20 and that's when turncoats started turning on other mafia members. They could do 5 years they wouldn't do 20.
