The Big Orange Idiot keeps trying to scare Robert Mueller off using threats. But, as a devoted Republican, and veteran prosecutor himself, Mueller must feel he has a duty to try and clean up the GOP’s image of overwhelming corruption.
It is an image made much worse by the many shady actions by members of the current administration, both before and after the 2016 election.
Despite repeated threats from Big Orange, Mueller remains undeterred, and is now employing a classic tool used successfully by prosecutors for decades, follow the money.
Many “trails” can come to a dead end, but “crooked money” leaves a “stench” able to be traced easily by prosecutorial bloodhounds like Mueller and his team.
The extent of Mueller’s findings to this point, have already made it too late for the Big Orange Idiot to resign from the presidency in his attempt to avoid a trial and jail time.
And, there are far too few individuals available for him to “throw under the bus” to save himself. But there ARE many of his low-level accomplices who will be ready and willing to deal down to little or zero jail time in exchange for their testimony to convict the big fishes. And we all know who they are.
Conservatives have also employed a classic tool, and do so regularly, denial of facts already proven. But, unlike the successful “follow the money” tool of prosecutors, the conservatives’ tool of “total denial”, remains a failure.
