MSNBC legal analyst breaks the truth to Mourning Joe- Illegal Aliens are not owed due process

FYI- He never made claim to being a gang leader or in a rival gang, in order to get his court ordered protection from being sent back to ElSalvador.

That is just another made up lie, pushed by misinformed Trumpers.
Why do you defend a wife beater and a human smuggler who SNUCK IN (i.e. did not meet border patrol and claim asylum) to our country?

Is Trump team giving him that hearing with the judge on revoking his protection from being sent to ElSalvador?? Has Trump admin said they would give him his due process with that hearing? I haven't seen them? Do you have a link? They've been fighting g the law on that, from what I've seen or read.

You need to be honest.
Why does it matter? He deserved deportation. He got deported. It appears not to have been done in a normal fashion. Indeed, we all know he wasn’t supposed to be sent to El Salvador.

Life isn’t perfect. Neither is our legal system. And despite all that, a rough form of justice has taken place.

Again, then, what purpose is served by bringing back the gangbanger? For the interests of America, bringing him back here even for a moment is meaningless. For him, it might get him out of a shit hole prison.

If it does, good for him. If it doesn’t? Hey. Life isn’t always sunshine and roses. Tough luck.

Yes.

Biden did not deprive them of their human rights. I don’t know what “ensure” means in this context. People are victims of crime all the time.
I love the dismissive attitude towards victims of crime that don't fit your narrative.

People are deported all the time also, under Obama, Trump, Biden, and Trump again.

Your outrage is mighty selective.

You’re trying to use their deaths for political purposes.

The fact remains that Biden did not deprive them of their rights.

It would give the haters a photo to make into endless memes. That's what they care about, not whether due process is followed. I believe that for most of them, due process is something they thought about once or twice before the headlines turned it into prime Orange Man Bad stuff.

Nope! The SC said the Trump's team next action would be to facilitate his return with Bukele, to have the hearing....not simply wait for Bukele, but facilitate Garcia's return WITH Bukele.

I've seen or heard of no instance since the SC ruling weeks ago, where the admin or Trump tried to facilitate Garcia's return WITH Bukele, until a couple of days ago with Sec. Rubio going over there....of which we don't know any details if it was about Garcia.

If President Trump asked Bukele directly to facilitate Garcia's return to the USA, Bukele would do it....Trump said so himself in a Nationwide tv interview less than a week ago.
Pretty low on the administration's priority list.

Cliff's Notes: Democrats and the Media are full of shit about due process and illegal aliens.

Even the Obama admin deported illegal aliens without a judicial hearing.

"The numbers are staggering: in 1995, 1,400 immigrants were subject to nonjudicial removals, representing 3 percent of total deportations. By FY 2012 that number had sharply increased to 313,000 nonjudicial removals – an all-time high.

Under today's removal system, only one quarter of all people facing expulsion get to present their case before an immigration judge. These judges, employed by the Justice Department, are experts in immigration law. They conduct formal court hearings where they hear live witnesses, review documentary evidence, and evaluate applications for immigration relief.

By contrast, nonjudicial removals are fast-track proceedings wholly controlled by the Department of Homeland Security ("DHS"), sometimes involving only a single border agent who acts as both judge and jury. Those facing nonjudicial removal have no lawyer and no chance to appeal.

The Obama administration has prioritized speed over fairness in the removal system, sacrificing individualized due process in the pursuit of record removal numbers."

Do you think the Dems need to realize how pitifully sad they look when they don't hold Democratic presidents to the same standard as they hold Trump?

They need to be reminded of this every time they regurgitate their MSNBC propaganda.

I have no issue with how Garcia had due process back in 2019 and ordered deported. Why do you think he gets a second bite at the apple?
Jiminy Cricket Struth!

How many times do you have to be told that the due process Garcia is to get, according to the Supreme Court 9-0, is for the hearing the govt must get when legally petitioning the court for the removal of the COURT ORDER protection for Garcia, which prevented the admin from legally sending Garcia to ElSalvador....of which the admin failed to follow.

This due process hearing with the Court to get the Court order protection REMOVED was not performed in 2019, and why you keep regurgitating that crap is intellectually dishonest. Is that really your true character that you want to stand behind for yourself???

Trying to rectify illegally depriving a man of basic human rights.
Right.

I'm lamenting a brutal rape murder. Actually, two brutal rape murders that we're completely unnecessary and brought on by the policies that were voted down in twenty twenty four.
Im not aware of anyone he illegally sent to a gulag. Are you?
Joe biden preferred to let vicious killers go rather than incarcerating them.

No one is defending any illegal acts except you.

Your ILLEGAL ALIEN INVADERS are getting deported, Debbie dumbfuck.
Cry harder about it, all the way to the midterms.
:113:
Hey you dumb mother fucker. I am not citing deportations but rather I'm arguing the law. I don't care who gets deported and actually someone as dumb as you should be thrown out of the country or at least not be able to vote. I heard you have to have a brain to mark a ballot and you came up short. You just can't tell the difference. Damn man hang yourself and get your grief over with.

Well, here is the Garcia ruling from the SCOTUS:

Where did they say he is entitled to a second hearing?

All I see is they said that the Trump admin has to make it easier for his return and the prior order of deportation carried out.

The rest of the District Court’s order remains in effect but requires clarification on remand. The order properly requires the Government to “facilitate” Abrego Garcia’s release from custody in El Salvador and to ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador. The intended scope of the term “effectuate” in the District Court’s order is, however, unclear, and may exceed the District Court’s authority. The District Court should clarify its directive, with due regard for the deference owed to the Executive Branch in the conduct of foreign affairs.

So, why do you lie?

The left wasn't concerned about 'due process' when Clinton and Obama were president, they only care about it now.

I love you too. :re:

I'm a scumbag because of a document written over 200 years ago. You're one dumb mfer. So dumb fuck you think maybe the whole constitution should be updated to meet todays needs?
The US Constitution is perfectly fine, and not at issue here.

The US Constitution gives the US Congress the authority to regulated naturalization, and they have. Clinton's Immigration reform bill is still the law, and so is the Alien Enemies Act, both outline what is required, and it's being followed.

The problem I see is when he said "Unless they seek asylum" and I imagine that illegal alien advocates are going to coach them. OTOH this guy seems to know what he's talking about and says most cases are tossed out and they are removed, so this good news.
