Biden was being interviewed last week from his basement by two hosts on CNN...when they asked him what advice he has for Trump Biden gave a long unrelated incoherent answer that so disturbed the host that they cut him off and ended to interview...both hosts seemed very upset about Biden's ridiculous answer...
