Alaska is mostly a blue state....anyone who has lived there knows this....LA has New Orleans to bump up the numbers....Alabama has Birmingham....Georgia has Atlanta.....Mississippi is right across from Memphis.....Illinois has Chicago....MI has Detroit.....Maryland has D.C......
