Well, you are just wrong. Your reasoning is flawed. Jesus did not refute the commands, he taught and demonstrated the only way to understand and comply with the Law that fulfills the promise of eternal life for all who do it. What Jesus refuted was the Talmud, what Jesus called "the traditions of men", vile degrading practices that began after the death of Moses who said, "For I know that after my death you will turn aside from THE WAY I taught to follow the Law."

This is truth and the reason he was crucified. He not only publicly confounded the religious authorities, exposing them as actors and lying frauds, he posed a threat to the status quo imposed by the Romans, Pax Romana, by freeing his people from their ruthless tyranny and the bondage of false religion, if they listened to him and acted on it. By revealing the hidden wisdom of God encapsulated in the figurative language employed in the Law, fear of death, the greatest tool used by all forms of tyranny to subjugate people was eliminated causing rebellion.
