Putin is ready to withdraw Russian troops from occupied territories that were taken after the invasion in line with the ceasefire agreement negotiated two years ago.



Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his intention to agree to the ceasefire agreement negotiated two years ago in Turkey over the invasion of Ukraine.

At this meeting, President Lukashenko proposed returning to the ceasefire agreement negotiated during negotiations with Ukraine held in Istanbul, Turkey in March 2022, to which President Putin again agreed.

The proposed agreement in Istanbul requires the Russian military to withdraw its troops to the point before the invasion. Ukraine must renounce its membership in NATO.
