The House Ways and Means Committee visited Pastor Brooks/Project H.O.O.D Youth and Jobs Center in recognition of the great work he is doing for the troubled youth of South Chicago. In the tradition of Booker T Washington, this is what a man can accomplish if he doesn't cave into the victim hood narrative.
