No many if not all of the agents have been LEOs with Different Agencies or Military Police & Military , the State PTB must start letting them into Jails & Prisons to pick up Criminal Aliens and put officers & state police with the teams who go on arrests in the wild when needed

The ICE and CBP newly hired agents with the $50,000 hiring bonus are poorly trained. You can see it in the watchdog filmed actions daily, and their poor leadership have done a disservice to these hires by sending them out not fully trained....not trained for deescalation, and on citizen's constitutional rights and protections....etc.
