No. You're way off. And it's right there in the link you posted. Democrats don't message well. It's not what they were messaging about abortion. They had zero ads attacking Republicans for voting against Veterans funding. That's bad messaging. No attack ads against Republicans for voting against $35 insulin. That's bad messaging.
