Money and Relationships

Everything is where each other can find/see it - we each know what each other spends, we don't

I do not like to argue or squabble over money.

Money to me in a marriage is not something you "hassle" over. Pay the bills - put food on the table and then split the remainder.

I hate to argue or "hassle" over money.

I donate alot each year. About $1000.00 or more = Girl Scout cookies - Boy Scout Popcorn - Cancer Awareness - Ectt..ect....and donations for this and that. I throw $5.00 or $10.00 a time..... in the kettle for the Salvation Army at Christmas time.

We give a lot of our money to the church and my personal favorite charity is St. Jude Children Research Hospital.

So do you think you would ever get married again?

No.

I have no intentions of ever getting married again. I am almost in my late 40s.

I would like to retire and move out of state.

My job was contracted out - so I lost company benefits( vacation - 401K - retirement - took a cut in pay ), AND I have to save for my own retirement.

I dont have the time, or the want for another relationship / marriage. A date - dinner - amusement park = yeah. A relationship, and walk down the isle again......NO !

I would feel the same if anything every happened in my marriage.
Marriage is good for some people. Like having kids.
Some are cut out for it, some, not so much.....
I didn't get married for a long time so it's not like I was really "pro marriage" even when I was younger.
I never "feared" becoming an old maid or anything like that....
