She wasn't arrested for taking her daughter's phone. She was arrested for stealing from her ex-husband. It turned out that ex gave the police false claims as the basis of her arrest.

P.S. That woman was punishing the child for something that was done at school and if one parent goes about it the way that man decided to go, why should such a parent if they can be called one be allowed to have anything more to do with the child? That man pretty much had his ex-wife get arrested for her legitimate decision to take away their child's cellular phone privilege as the child's punishment...actually in my opinion, the only thing that woman did wrong is get mixed up with him in the first place, their baby conceiving roll in the hay and everything obviously because it sounds like their child could be taking right after that word that I can't say of a man.
