MLB Opening Day 1962

This popped up on my Facebook, from back in the day when the game was a bigger deal... Al Kaline and Norm Cash are the Tiger players I remember most from the 60's,

Another opening day will soon be upon us.

Looked at who the Tigers opened up against for the years 1961 through '63 to see what year this was from. It had to be their 1962 season opener played 4/9/62 when they lost to the Senators by score of 4-1.

Names I familiar with from the box score: Rocky Colavito, Norm Cash, Jim Bunning (pinch runner), Jimmy Piersall (had my picture taken with him at his appearance at a Cleveland Chevrolet dealer during his time with the Indians), and Chuck Hinton.
