MN at the state Legislature is a near exactly 50/50 split. House is an exact tie, with Republicans holding the "speakership" position, and Democrats have a one seat advantage in the Senate, and one of those Senators should have been kicked for felony burglary charges but her trial was delayed until after session starting on Monday now.

Except that this guy wasn't a Democrat or even a leftist. His kill list included abortion providers and abortion clinics. He was planning on going after people at the No Kings demonstrations which is why politicians in Minnesota told everyone to stay home and the protests have been cancelled.

The other politicians on his list are under police protection. All Minnesota politicians from BOTH PARTIES have condemned this violence.
