I would welcome ICE agents with open arms to my little rural town. You'd be surprised how many illegals we have here, they're always the ones trying to buy liquor with some funky foreign ID card this state doesn't even recognize as being a valid form of identification.

I'll sell liquor and cigarettes to anyone who has a valid US state or federal-issued form of ID or an unexpired foreign passport, all others get refused the sale.

Your place or are you simply making spare change to supplement retirement?
If yours, mount something like a dashcam pointing down beside the register, but make mandatory passing all ID below the cam, for record, and do not get selective, less some illegal alien sues your ass off.
If not yours, continue as you have been with all IDs, remembering primary role is to facilitate sales in accordance with business plan and employment position, while limiting legal liability for self and store ownership/management.
