Would a reinstated draft be for both men and women or just men?

What about women's equality? Should women be considered equal?

If for men only, would that include trannies claiming to be women?

What about a woman claiming to be a man but the draft is for men only?

If trannies want to serve but the draft is for women only, will they be allowed to serve?

So many questions.

I wouldn't worry about that just yet........any draft would happen in an extended, long term war. We're no where near that, YET.

The military would consist of current forces and any volunteer enlistments......long before going to a draft

So far just men.

It starts with mental(intelligence) and physical testing for classifications and moves on from there, in current, dormant, status.
Would likely take action by Congress to expand the grab to those in your questions.

Of course the women will be needed if Iran's missing WMD's aren't found very soon!
