Mike Pompeo "in talks to talk with" Jan 6 committee

I have figured out the purpose and strategy of the J6 committee.

Make us so goddamn sick of hearing about it by November that we forget how bad the economy sucks and NOT vote out every single Dem.

Bold strategy. It may work.

The J6 Kangaroo Court won't get anywhere by November, so their "partisan findings" won't matter. In January when the GOP takes the House back, we can expect another J6 committee focused on "why wasn't J6 prevented?"
1. Nancy Pelosi didn't activate the National Guard BEFORE J6 as requested by Trump and the Capitol Police Chief Sund.
2. What part in the riot did the FBI or other government agencies play?

2023 should be an interesting year, even without the MSM following the real J6 committee. Maybe the MSM won't even cover the Impeachment Trials?

Mike Pompeo is the most qualified presidential candidate in history.
1. First in his class at West Point
2. Secretary of State
3. Director of the CIA
I'm sure the "J6 clown car" will just look silly questioning Mike.

Why did Mitch not do it since he had the exact same amount of power over the CP as did Pelosi?

If you're foolish enough to think it will be an honest election maybe.
Well I guess moving forward the only way an election can be considered fair and honest is if a Republican wins it… otherwise it’s rigged and stolen eh?

I see the brainwashing has worked

Or if it can be audited. If 2020 taught us anything it should have been with the way our elections are run in many states there is no way to preform a meaningful audit.

Mitch is not the Speaker of the House, he has no control of the DC National Guard, he supervises the Senate Sgt. at Arms, one guy. Nancy Pelosi as speaker has more control over the Capitol Police than anyone else. So saying they have the "exact same amount of power" is a lie.
“Due to the rules of the United States Capitol—the power structure of the Capitol—Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, has more control and authority and responsibility over the leadership of the Capitol Police than anyone else in the United States Capitol,” Banks told Fox News on Sunday.

Who stopped the National Guard from guarding the Capitol on J6?
DC Mayor Bowser may have stopped them? She didn't like them there during the summer riots.
Maybe General Milley stopped them? SecDef Chris Miller said he requested the NG.

Well, if FoxNews said it, it has to be true.

The Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader have the same authority over the Capital Police. Both of them supervise on person, their Sgt. at Arms. The Sgt. at Arms are the Liaison between them and the Capital Police. Neither the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader have any operational control over the CP, they have only oversight.

Yep, we need paper ballots to verify results.

You guys reject them as well when they are not marked for Trump.

According to the Big Lie folks paper ballots were printed in China and shipped into Maine and then distributed all around the country.

Just come out and say it...any vote not for Trump you all think is fake.

Arizona was audited, by a tRumptard partisan 3rd party auditor and they actually found more votes for ByeDon.

We will still be able to see them, thanks to the liberal media losing its strangle hold on information.

No, no. He's "just some guy from Kansas, now." That's what the leader of the world's lamest insurrection said.

That "journalist" was so proud that Mike Pompeo's spokesman called him.

Pompeo wants to be potus someday. He needs some distance between him and Trump's Jan 6 play
That and similar ambition are the motivations behind many of the "solid Republicans" who testified about Trump to the Jan 6 Show. Assuming that their words were not edited down and taken out of context to the point that they meant the opposite of what the witnesses actually said.

EDIT: if Pompeo wanted to be POTUS, that would also explain any discussion on his part about the 25th amendment.

If they were edited you honestly do not believe even 1 of them to jump up and say so?

What would you consider a meaningful audit?

Didn’t AZ doing an extensive audit by a right wing org and find that Biden was shorted votes and trump gained extra… both of which were insignificant low numbers

Wrong. My link was huffpost, not FXN, duh.

According to House Rules Capitol Security is the responsibility of the Speaker of the House. The new GOP J6 committee will determine who dropped the ball on the National Guard request.

"Irving did not float the idea by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.). Instead, he rejected then-U.S. Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund’s request to activate the National Guard based on what he believed would be Pelosi’s position on the matter, Pickle said.
“There’s a reality there — the leaders of the House and the Senate don’t want the military up there,” Pickle told the Post. “They don’t want to show they can’t control their own turf.”

Irving denied the request for the NG based on Pelosi's position.
Nancy is Irving's supervisor, so where the fuck was she?
Why didn't she ask what the plans were for J6?

Nancy's "Sgt. Schultz" schtick of "I know nothing" doesn't wash.

From your link....

Sund and Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Stenger also resigned their positions in the wake of the Capitol riot. Sund made the request to activate the National Guard two days before the attack, but said he believes Irving denied the request after consulting with Stenger.
It’s unclear whether Stenger floated the request by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.). McConnell’s office did not immediately respond to HuffPost’s request for comment.
