China, atheistic by government proclamation at least 150 million dead. Cambodia, Pol Pot declares an atheistic agrarian utopia, but has to murder 2 million to get his way.

The most generous estimate for the number of people murdered by religion over the last 2,000 years is 2 million. For industrialized murder you need to go to the atheist socialist governments.
