The problem with Trumps claim is that he declassified only the copy that he had in his possession. That's not how declassification works. The INFORMATION, not the particular DOCUMENT is what the president has the power to declassify. As that power is vested without regard to the form or format that information is stored.
Xiden didn’t as Senator…much of the documents he was caught with date back to then…moreover unlike Trump, Xiden has never claimed he declassify the documents he was caught with from his time as VP
….and setting up shell companies to try to hide the source of the money.

The official documents governing classification and declassification stem from executive orders. But even these executive orders aren’t necessarily binding on the president.
The president is not "obliged to follow any procedures other than those that he himself has prescribed," Aftergood said. "And he can change those."

That's what I said. The president can declassify INFORMATION, not individual DOCUMENTS.
The president can't have two copies of a classified document, and declassify the one on the right, and leave the one on the left classified.
That's why Trump couldn't declassify crossfire hurricane.

The Trump family has foreign business dealings, because they actually own businesses. They owned them long before Trump announced for president in 2016.
Joe Biden owns no business that I know of. Hunter has formed many shell businesses who do nothing but receive foreign payments.

What you fail to understand is it was an investigation into him.........otherwise he could have declassified those documents.........it was a fake investigation as we now know, but still an investigation...completely different from every other document.....

The Justice Department has closed its investigation into the possible mishandling of classified documents found at former Vice President Mike Pence’s home and will not bring any charges.
This is different from Donald Trump's retention of classified-marked documents at his Mar-a-Lago resort which is distinguished in the eyes of the justice department from that of Joe Biden or Mike Pence as a result of one particularly crucial difference: suspected obstruction of justice.
