I will have to agree with Ditka speaking out and regretting not running against Obama in 2004. He would have won over Barack Obama and would have represented Illinois with pride and dignity. We would have never had Obama elected President and be having all these Constitutional problems we are having under his watch. The founders warned us about having a type person like this elected president. They are rolling in their graves.

He does a lot of good for former players in need as we have one near here Mike helped. Iron Mike listened to his wife and did not run in 2004 as he would have lost in the primaries anyway to Alan Keyes. Obama had the union $$$ and the rank and file.

FYI, the district that Obama ran for in 2004 consisted of the entire state of Illinois as the race was for US Senator. However, I do not know if Ditka could have won or not. It would seem that since the person who previously held that Senate seat was white, the fact the Ditka is white would would have necessarily been a deal stopper.

Uh yeah we would.In case you are not aware,voting is a complete waste of time.Elections are rigged all the time.It would not matter if everybody in the world voted for Ditka had he run,votes are rigged and we dont put these people in office.The are selected for us by the establishment.whoever they want in office,thats who they put in.
