Might as well admit it, Democrats. The Jan. 6 Committee was a failure

The stupid people above are the same who blame HRC for the attack on Benghazi to no avail. These stupid people above are also damn liars and hypocrites.

Uh, no. That would be illegal.

You really don't get this, and you're controlled by paranoia.

I can't help you.

Only politicians are allowed to doctor videos in hearings where they’re claiming to find the truth?

Do you think that the information they have gathered is now being filed away somewhere, never to see the light of day again?

What "information"?
There was none.
It was all 2nd hand garbage, like Hutchenson saying someone told her that Trump had "grabbed the steering wheel of the presidential Chevy Suburban, and tried to redirect it to the Capital".
Have you ever seen the presidential Chevy Suburban?
There is no way anyone from the back seat could possibly have reached the steering wheel.
They called it an "armed insurrection", but no one was armed and no private area even got accessed.
Dumbest claim I ever read.

This is all for voters to decide, not some insanely partisan committee of corrupt politicians.
That is how we keep getting these illegal wars like Vietnam, Panama, Grenada, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, the Ukraine, etc.

Exactly.
In a REAL hearing, Hutchenson would not have been allowed to go on about 2nd hand information.
That was not legal.
It also obviously was incorrect, because the back seat is so far away from the steering wheel in a Chevy Suburban, that grabbing it would have been totally impossible.

Trump may be a jerk and has all sort of delusions of grandeur, but the Jan 6 committee is actually criminal.

HRC was to blame for the attack on ambassador Stevens in Benghazi.
That is because Stevens should have remained at the US embassy in Tripoli, and it was illegal for him to be in Benghazi at all.
The whole point of the warehouse in Benghazi was to illegally ship money and weapons to ISIS and al Qaeda member in Syria.

If Stevens had not died, he should have been prosecuted.
HRC should still be prosecuted for ordering the whole weapons and arms to Syrian fighters.
It is illegal and an incredibly stupid things to do.

The true reason for the January 6 committee was exposed by the report recommending that Congress ban Trump from running again. That was the only thing they wanted. But just like every other failed "investigation" into President Trump, it failed miserably.

So now what?

"The final report from the January 6th kangaroo court was released last night, causing a great wave of hoopla and hyperventilating from the liberal media. The broad overviews of the report describe some sort of apocalyptic nightmare wherein the foundations of the nation’s democracy were shaken to their very core or something. While considerable space was devoted to the actual individuals who rioted on that day (along with the far larger number of people who basically trespassed in the Capitol building), the primary focus of the report was, of course, Donald J. Trump and his alleged evil machinations enacted in an effort to overturn the election. But the real coup de grace was picked up by the Washington Post and they ran with it as their headline. “Jan. 6 report recommends Congress ban Trump from running again....

...The Democrats are so terrified by the prospect of Trump returning to the White House that some method had to be found to prevent him from even trying. That was the entire reason we’ve watched this endless parade. But it seems like a far-flung hope at best and it’s one of the most undemocratic things imaginable, speaking of “threats to our democracy.” What they are really suggesting is that the choice of the next president should be removed from the voters of the nation by the will of a slim majority of the members of Congress.

Cheney’s suggestion is also flawed and unconstitutional on its face. Congress does not have the power to “ban” anyone from running for any office unless it’s someone they have ejected from a seat in its own chambers. (And even then it’s unclear if they can ban someone from trying again after they are ejected.) In order for Donald Trump to be excluded from any future presidential elections, he would first need to be tried and found guilty of insurrection or treason in a court of law. Congress can’t simply “declare him to be guilty” without a trial. And unless he is found guilty of one of those crimes, he isn’t barred from running, providing he is over the age of 35 and a natural-born citizen of the United States."

The real reason for the J6 committee is laid bare

If it goes to court, it will be decided there.

Then, there won't be a committee to worry about.

You obviously don't know about the literally hundreds of squabbles I've had with the lefties here regarding PC and speech.

Nor do I care. You said what you said, to me and this forum, and now you're trying to find a cheap excuse to backpedal.

But, of course, it doesn't matter. You're just trying to change the subject and put me on the defensive, the standard tactic. Boring.

You are a total fucking weasel. Fuck you

And you obviously don't know that this is about far more than freedom of speech.

Fuck you again. I'm so far ahead of you I'm in a whole other galaxy. Your condescending bullshit is nothing more than the foul odor of a backpedaling weasel.

But I realize that's probably all you've been told in your world.

My world is obviously immensely larger than yours. You seem to know everything about everyone AND YOU'RE ALWAYS WRONG. One would think it would register eventually.

Dragging Trump’s name through the mud is not a failure.
Yeah, it's almost certain that this didn't help his all-important "brand" (above & beyond what he had already done himself). Add that to his complete failure in the mid terms and you have a really bad year.

Seems like we're closing in on a pretty clear inflection point here. Smith & Garland aren't going to indict unless they're absolutely sure it won't go south. So if they do, the cult will go full victim and all hell will break loose. If they don't, the cult will be emboldened and all hell will break loose.

No pressure, guys!
