If they want to drop the cost of education then all funding should end immediately. Ever since the government has been making education cheaper it has gotten more expensive. If they make it free then no one will be able to afford it, except the 1 percent and those getting a free ride.

Very well put Fury... I just said in a post a couple of days ago re: schools that have started all ready. In the past schools started the last week of Aug. or after Labor day. Largest Public School Corp here in In. started Aug 1st. I personally feel the old adage, "follow the money" holds true for this particular situation. If kids are not sitting at the desks the Feds don't send the money. Use to be that Local, State and Property taxes paid for our schools. Not anymore...
