With massive population gains. Some of them are more sensitive to ocean rise than others. They can vote. But who owes them?

I am pretty sure Obama already votes. I like those place, myself leasing at least one if not more for vacations, yearly since the 90s. The number I've seen taken by the sea, never ceases to amaze me. I can't afford the insurance in those zones to move there. So, you planning an anti-beachfront homeowner voting campaign for some reason? If that is your bag, now is a good time to do it. Lots of them spend time in their beach homes during the winter. Sounds like a waste of time an effort to me. Might be better for you if you go for the ocean view homeowners, as they will probably be beachfront home owners soon enough, judging by the place I lease on VRBO. The ones I've met are a nice bunch, usually. I'd leave them alone and pick a different issue if I were you. I really don't think there are enough of them to swing the election. Besides, in Florida they seem to be well thought of. What got you a hard on against these people?
