Men shouldn't have to pay anyway.

Unless a woman is raped she is consenting to sex. If she consents to unsafe sex that's her decision to do so knowing full well the risks of doing so. It isn't as though a woman doesn't know if a dude drops a load in her she won't have a chance of getting pregnant.

If women want to be independent, strong, brave, they want total autonomy over their bodies and so then they should have all of it. They should be completely responsible for the decisions they make and everything that comes with it. Raw dog it and get preggo? Well, you made that choice.

Court is the one place men have a severe disadvantage in. Women want to be equal? Well. That's a good place to start at. Want to get divorced? Go be a proud strong woman and take of yourself without relying on a man to support you. Want to have unsafe sex? Well deal with the consequences you knew before hand.

Although married and divorced with kids there should still be child support for the one that the kids live with. No reason to punish the kids.

So I say the father should be able to motion the courts for the woman he knocks up to have an abortion. If she says no, which is her choice… then the man cannot be held responsible for any expenses or child support, but automatically loses all visitations and parental rights.

The man essentially aborts his parental rights. It absolutely seems fair!
