White Couple Sue Fertilization Clinic When They Give Birth to Black Baby

Price, you pay for doing things cheap. It's unlikely the clinic has any insurance to cover the lawsuit. The doctor will just file bankruptcy.

What if having a biological kid isn't in the cards for whatever reason? If a child is wanted badly enough, any child will do, no matter what "flaws" the child may possess.

God bless you always!!!

That's up to the parents to decide though (whether they want to raise a child who is obviously not their own).

That kid is the spitting image of that smiling black dude who runs the clinic. I will not speculate on how this happened. For example, I will not offer wild conjecture about the black clinic head "donating" his seed to the couple. Hell, maybe the woman has black in her. That would be a situation my dad used to call having "a n-word somewhere in the woodpile". But seriously, this situation is pretty messed up.

To their credit, the white couple in this story to not want to give up their black baby. However, they are just concerned that maybe the baby belongs to someone else. This begs the question, if the real sperm donor comes forward and proves paternity via DNA, would he have a legal claim to the baby? What a mess!!! If the white couple keeps the black baby, can they track down the biological father and make him pay child support?!? Can the biological father be charged with rape?!?!

It is my understanding that you cannot sue your abortion doctor for malpractice if you end up getting pregnant and having a baby notwithstanding the abortion. It is believed that to allow this would be contra public policy. But can you sue here?!? The defense will be, "Well, you would be fine if the baby had come out white. You are racist!!!" Should they even be allowed to keep the kid if they sue?

This story creates all sorts of headaches for the legal community. Honestly, it is more confusing than sex changes and gender ID stuff.
I read a story the other day, I think it was from the UK. This one lady had sex with a guy. She finds out the guy has an indentical twin and seeks him out and has sex with him too. The lady gets pregnant. So, they have this court hearing over child support and paternity tests are ordered. BUT, since these guys are identical twins they have identical DNA. The court looks at the results of the paternity tests and rules no child support for the woman because it is virtually impossible to tell which one of them fathered the child and since it is virtually impossible to tell who the father is, it would be unfair to make one of them pay child support and it would also be unfair to make them both pay child support since one of them can't be the father.
