Right there saying he got the info from Wolff's book, exempts him from any suit by Melania. This is all just another Trump hoax.
Melania needs to sue Wolff, the originator....if she believes he is slandering or defaming her.... The Trump Biography by Wolff has been out for YEARS so who knows why she never sued Wolff....the writer and source....unless...

My post was a copy/paste from search assist....like Google or AI and had nothing to do with 'requirement to recover damages'. It simply explained slander and defamation.
Any proof of malice would be obvious with her being the Republican Presidents wife, and Hunter being the shamed son of previous President that was Democrat. Whether he knew it was true or not remains to be seen from his drug addled brain.
Do YOU have any proof that the association of Trump and Melania with Epstein and Maxwell included any sexual deviancy, trafficking of minors, sexual abuse??????
If YOU do, then by all means please share. You would be famous as the ONLY one that did and to have that kind of proof would mean YOU were also involved..........now run along and find that pic of the 4 of them together at a party that is often used as proof but doesn't prove anything other than they did know each other. Or maybe the statement of Trump saying he'd date his daughter, which doesn't prove a damn thing about being accomplices of Epstein's crimes. Or better yet, find the proof that Melania was directly involved in anything to do with Epsteins activities and that Epstein introduced her to Trump.
You better hurry up with any actual proof of your bullshit statements cause I'm really getting tired of this shit being rehashed over and over and over again. That poor dead horse must be dust by now, from everyone giving it multiple daily beatings.
And FYI, there is alot more to Epstein/Maxwell than just being pedos. And there are 100's of big names associated with them, but it is still unknown what those associations actually were. I don't want to get into it, but there is alot (HUGE) more going on here than meets the eye. And anyone or anything that does involve the pedo aspect should ALL be convicted, regardless of who.......which also brings to mind that this could be a WORLDWIDE issue, not just a Trump issue.

Let's seeeeee...Apparently, Hunter has been shooting his mouth off claiming Melania was a tramp who met Trump only because she was set up with Trump by Jeffrey Epstein. She has demanded a retraction and apology otherwise she will be taking him for all he is worth, much as she once forced James Carville to issue a retraction and apology.
No news yet on the progress of this case and whether Hunter's dad is willing or able to cover for his son's malfeasance. We may be seeing the Trumps take ownership of all of the Biden mansions and property. FAFO.

You couldn't have listened to the original versions, because they've all been since changed because of Melania having demanded their apologies and retractions as well.......as I'd said last night
He's repeating what he heard or read....in this case read in a biography of Trump, written by Michael Wolff. Melania can't sue Hunter, he has no idea if it is true or not, he's simply repeating something reported by someone else in a book....that is not defamation or slander.
It is Michael Wolff that Melania needs to sue...the story of Epstein introducing her to Donald is in a million or two's hands and minds....I've seen it at least ten times just the past week in different podcasts on youtube...
When the book came out, they should have sued Wolff then!
