She was armed with a SUV, which she aimed at the agent, then gunned it. He was, in fact, hit by said SUV and suffered internal bleeding as a result. Ashley Babbit, on the other hand, was clearly not threatening anybody when the black cop got all SCERRRRED and opened fire on her.
