The Freedom Of Information act is being used to prove that Biden cheated in the 2020 election all over the country.
It explains how so many voters in states like California, Georgia, Arizona and others showed up in person at the polls and discovered that they had already voted.
I don't know if you're familiar with what snapshots are........but...snapshots showed that fraud was rampant. That's just one way they've been able to prove that Biden had the most massive election fraud organization in US history. There's much....much more.

"After the 2020 election results stopped in the middle of the night and vote trajectories magically changed when they fired up again, thousands of people, just like you, didn't buy it. They formed armies of canvassers in 35 or more states. They did something that has not been done at scale in the history of the country: they started checking voter rolls.
They did more. They filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests at unprecedented levels. Secretary of state offices, once a murky sinecure, had to answer real questions about what was going on.
Here's what popped out.
Leftists are different from you and me. Unlike us, they care that every vote is cast, and if you do not cast your vote, they will do it for you. And they did. At scale.
In one Midwestern state, voter rolls costing tens of thousands of dollars were bought by a billionaire leftist every month for over a year. Why would someone buy a list that doesn't change much?

Voter lists show people who move. They show people who never or seldom vote.
The white hat canvassing team built a query for one state: "voters who voted in 2020 who never voted before." Guess what! 265,000.
In the same state, thousands of people came forward with stories that when they showed up to vote, they were told someone had voted for them. Get the picture?
In a southwestern state, in its second-largest city, there was a 21-day daily tabulation of cast ballots. Once a ballot is cast, it should not be changed. Not here.
redirect-2130.jpg
When the millions of cast votes across over 21 snapshots were compared, thousands of ballots had been altered. Some were minor alterations, like a slight name change. Others were more interesting — like when someone voted in person, but his vote was later changed by an absentee ballot.
It gets better.
Those FOIA requests are mining gold. Our midwestern state has documents showing that the state election organization gave online access to a leftist group for weeks during the voting. Citizens had to pay over $20,000 for one snapshot of the voter roll. Leftists could, and did, access it online throughout the process. For free.
And access it they did. Witness statements are being gathered, lots of them, that in the largest city, election officials were trading cell calls about how many votes were needed, and someone was then providing the phantoms to meet the quota.
They knew the names of the phantoms — they had direct access to who voted, who didn't, and who was likely to never show up.
This is not exclusively a blue-state phenomenon.
In a deep red state, canvassers found more traditional phantoms.
There were the 21 people at the fraternity house. Nothing to see here — until they sorted them by age. All these kids were active voters, many voted, and their age range was from 115 to 57. Some frat house.
These red-state canvassers went deeper. They showed that the phantoms did not vote en masse in the 2020 presidential election. Phew! Feeling better. But wait. They vote in droves in state, county, municipal elections.
Aha — here was another interesting pattern, never seen before.
This deep red state that voted for Trump by double-digit margins did not call out its phantom army when it could not move the needle. When local, state elections were up, well, those people voted — even the 21 at the county jail and the 41 registered at the Recreation Commission.
In earlier American Thinker articles, we created the phrase "sovereign fraud." That means your government is in on it."
As more than 35 state citizen organizations now are using the most advanced search and big data technology to look into voter rolls, and cross-check them with churches, R.V. parks, fictitious street locations, they are concluding the office of secretary of state is corrupt, incompetent, or often both.
Let's take incompetent.
In about every state, there are voters old enough to have fought in the Civil War, and they still vote. In one state, there are voters -- a bunch of them older than Julius Caesar — the Roman guy."

Highly predictable.
You cannot argue the issue, so you just say every source is rotten.
Come back when you have something original to say.

They cheated in the tens of millions column!

Snopes.com claims that Biden's confession on committing election fraud is false.
They claim the following:

history!!

In the video, which was originally posted by @RNCResearch, the Republican Party’s opposition research division, the former vice president can be seen saying:

“Secondly, we’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration — President Obama’s administration before this — we have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

The same clip was also promoted by Eric Trump, son of the president and Trump campaign surrogate, as well as Trump himself, who added “What a terrible thing for Biden to say! Rigged election?”
The footage was not digitally altered, but it was stripped from its original context. That context, along with clarifications provided by the Biden campaign, clearly show that Biden did not “admit” to perpetrating voter fraud, but rather was referring to his campaign’s efforts to protect the ballots of voters from what they presented as voter intimidation and false claims of voter fraud.

Analysis

Biden made the remarks shown in the video during an interview with the popular left-leaning political podcast Pod Save America, which was published on Oct. 24, 2020. Pod Save America is hosted by Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett, Dan Pfeiffer, and Tommy Vietor, all of whom previously worked in the administrations of former President Barack Obama. The relevant section of the interview can be watched below. Toward the end of the discussion, Pfeiffer asked Biden a two-part question:
“Part one, what’s your message to the folks who have not yet voted or do not yet have a plan to vote? And part two, for the folks who have already voted — 50 million Americans who have already voted — what can they do, over the last 10 days, to help make sure that you’re the next president of the United States?”

In the interest of providing readers with all the relevant context, a transcript of that question and Biden’s response can be found here. In brief, Biden encouraged prospective voters not to be intimidated by what he cast as efforts by Republicans and the Trump administration to suppress voting, especially by people of color. He outlined what he presented as his campaign’s efforts to ensure the integrity of the election, including a dedicated telephone helpline, backed by hundreds of attorneys offering support and advice, as well as poll-watchers who will “police and watch” the election.
Immediately after he referred to “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,” (the soundbite highlighted in the RNCResearch clip), Biden said:
“What the president is trying to do is discourage people from voting by implying that their vote won’t be counted, it can’t be counted, we’re going to challenge it and all these things.”
“If enough people vote,” Biden added, it would “overwhelm the system” and effectively ensure that Trump’s purported efforts at voter suppression would not be successful.

It’s clear from watching the clip in its proper context that Biden was describing his campaign’s efforts to combat voter suppression and intimidation, as well as misinformation about the widespread perpetration of voter fraud. It would make no sense for a political candidate whose campaign was engaged in large-scale electoral fraud to publicly say as much, in those words, and that’s not what Biden was doing.
Providing additional context, the Biden campaign confirmed for Snopes that he used shorthand to refer to his campaign’s election protection initiative, which involves educating prospective voters, countering attempted voter suppression and intimidation, having lawyers on hand to provide advice to voters whose ballot is disputed or challenged, as well as the national hotline mentioned by Biden, and several similar, state-specific hotlines.
In a statement sent to Snopes, the Biden campaign’s National Press Secretary TJ Ducklo wrote:
The President of the United States has already demonstrated he’s willing to lie and manipulate our country’s democratic process to help himself politically, which is why we have assembled the most robust and sophisticated team in presidential campaign history to confront voter suppression and fight voter fraud however it may present itself. The American people will decide the outcome of this election on November 3rd through a free and fair election, as they always have.
By describing his campaign’s program to combat voter suppression and protect the integrity of the election as a “voter fraud organization,” Biden left open his remarks to possible misinterpretation, but crucially, only if that phrase was presented outside its original context, which the Trump campaign did. If the remarks are viewed in their proper context — Biden’s whole response to Pfeiffer’s question — it’s abundantly clear that Biden was not, for some unexplained reason, confessing to perpetrating electoral fraud on a historically massive scale, less than two weeks before Election Day.

All of that has been SOP in California elections for a decade or more...and now they are a one party state....

if you could just come up with credible proof of some of that crazy made up crap, you might have something to discuss, but you don't, so we can't, oh well.

"American Thinker" is fake news.

Can you find the story on Fox? Fox News has real reporters, editors and a reputation to protect.
Can you find the story on Fox? Fox News has real reporters, editors and a reputation to protect.

And suddenly you respect FoxNews...I don't.
On the other hand, American Thinker is an anti-Trump, neo-Conservative, scumbag publication.

I have proof that this isn’t true, and I’m not going to show it to you. I’m not going to provide copies of the millions of affidavits I have. I am not going to prove anything. You just have to take my word for it.

That is what the article is doing. Telling you of incredible studies, that it doesn’t source. Sourcing is when you link to the raw data to have someone else able to examine it. This is what I found, and here you go, see for yourself. The article, well it doesn’t source anything. No links, no images, just text that tells the believers what they want to see, and hear.

Thousands of people were contacted and told the investigators that they found that they had already voted, or someone had voted for them, when they arrived to vote.

Ok, so obviously there is video of these discussions. or written and signed documents, like Affidavits, to attest to it. Where are those videos? Is American Thinker unable to afford a server for that purpose? Where are these affidavits?

This is the pattern of claims of proof of wrongdoing in the election. A wild claim, assertions of proof that would reach the moon if it was stacked end on end. But the proof is never produced. It isn’t ever subjected to any scrutiny.

Faith is when you believe without proof. It is why those who believe in God, claim to have faith. I have faith in God. I can’t prove that God exists, but I believe God does exist. I believe in a higher power. I’ve read the articles, and arguments that belittle my faith, but it doesn’t shake my faith. I believe.

However, I do not confuse my beliefs, with factual truth. The Earth is Round. This truth was denied by people of Faith for a long time. All people are essentially the same, we share the same genetic make up. This factual truth is denied today by people who see a superiority in their skin tone.

I doubt seriously that these allegations are true. The reason, scope. All 50 states showed an increase in voter turnout. And that means this conspiracy would have to encompass the entire nation. A nation of more than three hundred million. That would mean millions were involved in the conspiracy. People to research the voter rolls. People to determine who could be voted for, people who hadn’t voted in a while and were still alive and eligible. The research into that alone for a single state would take tens of thousands of man hours. For the nation? Millions of man hours. Then you have to have people break out the fake ID’s, which means thousands of people ordering fake ID’s from China, which makes the best ones right now, with people in the know. And those people couldn’t use the same voting location more than once, or perhaps twice. So we’re taking tens of thousands.

Even if you focus on the absentee ballots, you’re talking about tens of thousands of people. A conspiracy of millions, to win an election. Millions of people committing felonies, and here is the fly in the buttermilk. If any of the cells got cold feet, they would still lose and risk being discovered and facing years in prison.

How much money would it cost to arrange this? Tens of millions of dollars? Hundreds of millions?

Now, the thing about a criminal conspiracy is this. You now have a real problem. Someone knows you arranged a conspiracy, people who have shown a penchant for criminal behavior. They are liable to blackmail you. It is why criminal organizations use such brutal methods to ensure silence, and require that others be willing to commit felonies to join.

In this case, the people involved couldn’t have criminal records. Too much risk that they would continue to commit crimes, and offer to testify in exchange for leniency for another crime.

So everyone involved, none of them got busted with some drugs, and offered some Republican DA in Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, or wherever, proof of this to get out of their trouble? None of them? NONE?

That sort of loyalty is unheard of in criminal conspiracies. It’s unheard of in political parties.

None of the participants are furious that Texas is banning abortions, and that Biden is doing nothing after they got him the win? They would go public to burn down the conspirators who betrayed them.

At least tens of thousands, probably millions to make this conspiracy work, and none of them have betrayed the movement. NONE.

Think about that for a moment. If they are that loyal, and willing to fall on their swords to protect the others, then the Conservatives have already lost. They can’t win against that sort of determined dedication. That sort of fanatical faith in the rightness of their cause. Republicans can’t agree on much of anything, with members bailing out of the coalitions for minor perks for their districts. With members trumpeting the awesome work they are doing, taking credit for Democratically passed legislation that they opposed.

Think for a minute gang. If the other side actually did this, you’re already doomed. The size and scope, is unbelievable. And the normal method of dealing with risks is unavailable with this many participants. How do you kill them all off? You would need thousands of hit men to kill them all.

Here, the Republicans would help you, by screaming that the sudden quadrupling of the murder rate was the fault of Blacks or something.

But there again, all the attempts would have to be 100% successful and somehow guarantee that none of the people left any in case I die doomsday files. Too much to ask.

Get serious guys, stop this nonsense, and start to figure out how to win in 2022, and how to win in 2024 if you want to be anything but a footnote in history.

Not here.
Thanks for sharing that piece. I tend to believe it. However, it isn’t exactly sourced very well — or at all. It would require some substantiation for me to accept it beyond my biased inclination to believe it.
