I guess we will have to force judges to stand for elections... too many of them rule with their ideology and politics out front... that is not suppose to happen... so if they can't control themselves we should be able to vote them off the bench until they grow up and obey their oath......

Federal judges are appointed for life. Have a nice time changing the Constitution.

Look at these losers:

Total nut cases.

I'm so old I remember when judges only presided over legal cases. That was before the Democrats discovered what a great role model Joseph Stalin is.

Its not impossible... its our country... I bet you would be surprised how many people would be in favor of it... or at least judicial term limits...

There is only one (1) judge listed in the Constitution, the Chief Justice. All the others are creations of Congress.
Not really. But “inferior” courts and other judges are also covered by Art. III:

Section 1

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

I have seen articles and opinions and even some posts suggesting that some judges need to get arrested.

I have issues with that.

But, if we treat the criminal justice system and related notions about the proper way to deal with judicially lawless decisions in a cavalier manner (like the Democrats did to Trump), an arrest of a judge could lead to a criminal conviction and that could qualify as bad “Behaviour.”

Don’t favor that. I am compelled to reluctantly agree that judges need to be immune from prosecution based on their rulings (unless it has been caused by bribery, etc).

Go for it, but don't be surprised when Dems and Republicans alike won't go for it at any level.
Dems and republicans didn't want Trump to get a second term... don't give up so easy... that's how we got to where we are today... deep in massive corruption....
