Meet the seven judges attempting to stop President Trump from enacting his agenda

From the "show more" in your link;
@SenWhitehouse
Sheldon Whitehouse, a Democrat US Senator who serves as the Democrat Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works is attacking President Trump’s funding freeze on environmental agencies while failing to disclose that his wife, Sandra White House, is on the Board of Directors of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, which received over $165 million in federal government grants from the fiscal tax year of 2022-2023.As I exposed today, the CEO of NFWF was paid over $1.2 MILLION in this time frame even though
@NFWFnews
calls itself a government created 501c3 “charity”.In the past, Whitehouse has used his position to approve grants for NFWF. How come he never disclosed that his wife is on the Board of Directors? No wonder why he is attacking
@realDonaldTrump
and
@DOGE
…His wife benefits from her position on the board of another BLOATED government agency that is ripping off the US taxpayers.
.............
Which underscores the sort of shyte that most who object to Trump's funding freeze/cuts are up to.
They "outrage" because their criminal scams are being shut off !

I guess we will have to force judges to stand for elections... too many of them rule with their ideology and politics out front... that is not suppose to happen... so if they can't control themselves we should be able to vote them off the bench until they grow up and obey their oath......
New Mexico makes that very difficult as the woke media protects them and the ballot does not show party affiliation for judges when we vote to retain or not retain them. Makes it really hard to know who are the good guys and not so good guys.

Look at these losers:

Total nut cases.

Trump should either: just ignore them because they are way out of their lane or sign an EO declaring these orders null and void because the President runs the Executive Branch

You keep making that dishonest claim.

It’s quite clear why you never manage to support your bogus claim.
What is it with people like you? Is being completely uninformed and ignorant about the topics you pontificate on considered a badge of honor or something?

Trump’s bobble-headed press secretary recently declared that everyone in the country without permission is a “criminal” and that DEI is “illegal.”

Let’s not forget: Trump himself is a convicted criminal.

But when I searched the United States Code (U.S.C.), I found dozens of statutes explicitly prohibiting racial and other forms of discrimination, including key provisions within the Civil Rights Act and related federal laws.

A subsequent search for statutes criminalizing DEI? Zero results.

The Legal Reality: DEI is Not a Crime

When figures like Karoline Leavitt or Pete Hegseth claim that DEI is “unlawful” (suggesting it violates civil law) or that it’s a “crime” (suggesting it’s prosecutable under criminal law), they are either willfully deceiving their audience or demonstrating staggering ignorance of the law.

For an act to be a crime, there must be an actual law prohibiting it. And even if Congress were to attempt to criminalize DEI, such a law would have to withstand constitutional scrutiny—particularly under:

  • The 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause, which bars state and federal governments from enacting laws that deny equal rights to U.S. citizens.
  • The 5th Amendment’s Due Process Clause, which also prevents the federal government from arbitrarily depriving citizens of their rights.
The argument that DEI is "illegal" is pure fantasy. It is not supported by any existing statute, case law, or constitutional principle.

Trump’s Ongoing Violations of Court Orders

IM2 is correct: Trump is actively violating a federal court order that directed him to unfreeze federal funds that his administration had illegally withheld.

Evidence has been submitted proving that Trump has not complied with the judge’s directive. Instead, he has raged against this order, as well as numerous other court rulings that have sought to hold him accountable.

Trump’s Self-Destructive Compulsions

The most ironic part of all this?

Trump could have achieved nearly every policy goal he wanted—if only he had the self-discipline to follow legal procedures instead of indulging every compulsive urge to flout laws, institutions, and individuals as though they were personal insults designed to thwart him.

His pedantic attitude of “You can’t tell me what to do! I’m the PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES!!!” is, in my opinion, going to be his downfall.

Because ultimately, it isn’t the system that is stopping him—it’s himself.

Your posts are wickedly verbose.

You imagine you know things. But you clearly don’t.

You’re an ignorant little blowhard.

As for whatever it was you were attempting to vomit out, I don’t care. I don’t even skim most of it. Way too long.

Try to be concise. It could really assist you.

So far, Trump and his Adminiatrarion are running rings around the stupid libs and the dangerous vermin who have co-opted a lot of the system.

Have a good cry. Many of us are delighted.

He is winning and will prevail. And the shitbags who have undermined the great American experiment will soon either be brought to genuine justice or just scatter like the rats they are.

Hah!
I saw that presser. Did Musk actually say anything or answer questions?
Fn Trump just sat there like damned stump.
What kind of investigation, audit or forensic accounting examination involves letting other people outside of those conducting the investigation to have knowledge of the proceedings? That's ludicrous, it's NOT SUPPOSED TO BE TRANSPARENT!

Furthermore, if the guys accessing the computer & data systems are software developers how do we know they haven't installed something malicious? I know that it has been claimed that they have been granted read-only access but access to 14+ systems in barely 3 weeks is supposed to be sufficient time for them to make a determination if anything fraudulent or incorrect is occurring within those 14, presumably disparate systems?

All the people who know how to actually run those systems have all been fired or removed from the premises and I believe it's so that they would not have anyone there to witness or who could challenge what they were actually doing, people who actually would be able to ascertain if they were doing something they shouldn't be doing because that's their job, at least it was until they were unceremoniously removed.

The lack of oversight and lack of adherence to any standards set by organizations like NIST or anything else should be alarming for anyone who knows anything about these processes, regulations and compliance.

Been done 26 times already.
You have a valid case why such might not happen again ?
Then present it.
Democrats will never go for any change. They are obstructionist in their nature. They control enough seats in Congress and enough state legislatures to prevent any amendment they don't like.

Why is that so hard to figure out?

That may change come elections of 2026.

Trump is breaking the law.

No President has ever had the sole power to shut down agencies established or funded by Congress.

And no un elected civilian has that power either. Even though the wannabe fuhrer bellows that he does.

Cite the law he is breaking then.
Back up your bullshit.

The Constitution.

Which he has no use for. he betrayed his oath of office the last time, and he’s doing it again, in the hope that he can force a crisis that will lead to Leonard Leo’s Supreme Court rubber stamping his ascendency to absolute power. Which is what Trump wants.

Wait a minute!! Didn't Sponge Brains Shits Pants declare the ERA to be the Law of The Land? Why, yes. I believe he did.
