The woman in the stupid Tik Tok or whatever video specifically said doctors are prescribing statins to treat diabetes.Wow. Just... Wow.
Statins are being prescribed to lower cholesterol -- a condition directly attributable to obesity and diabetes.
Do you even know that diabetes is part of metabolic syndrome and that it is just a form of obesity too?The woman in the stupid Tik Tok or whatever video specifically said doctors are prescribing statins to treat diabetes.
Evidence you should not take medical advice from random nobodies. Speak with your PCP and pharmacist
If you have concerns about medication, speak with your doctor. If you feel like your doctor isn’t listening to your concerns or they have a bad bedside manner, seek a new one. There’s lots out there.Do you even know that diabetes is part of metabolic syndrome and that it is just a form of obesity too?
There are nearly 50 diseases directly attributable to obesity, or metabolic syndrome.
In addition, are you even aware that Cholesterol does NOT cause heart disease and that we have been lied to regarding that?
In addition, statins, at best, will add only a few years to your life, and those are end-of-life years, when the medical community makes the most money.
This woman, and millions more, are finally awake to the fact that the FDA and the government have been lying to us about nutrition and health.
I guess you just don't get it.If you have concerns about medication, speak with your doctor. If you feel like your doctor isn’t listening to your concerns or they have a bad bedside manner, seek a new one. There’s lots out there.
They know more about medicine than you or some random Tik Tok woman.
They’re not part of some vast conspiracy. They’re just doctors.
Sorry to disappoint you, but the world is a lot more boring and normal than you conspiracy theorists want to make it out to be.
