Media Played A Drumbeat On A Single Narrative.

It was the testimony that Hannity played on video in the OP.

Didn't you guys watch it?
Post the transcript of Trump, post all his emails, texts, and phone calls. Be sure to include communications with the Department of Defense.

Trump offered the National Guard to protect the Legislative Branch of Government, the Legislative Branch of Government, that is Nancy Pelosi said, NO!

Would love to but Trump and his loyalists refused to cooperate and turn anything over.

The testimony from the video shows that Trump said to do "anything" to protect the rioters. Didn't you watch it?

You made a claim from a video, now you say that you can not provide the video

you are a lousy liar, making shit up

Either way, Nancy Pelosi said no National Guard, after that there was nothing Trump could do. It is called Separation of Powers. You need to learn how our Republic operates.

House of Representatives is the dominant position for overall security.

And no, the President, the EXECUTIVE branch of the government can not order the military to invade the LEGISLATIVE branch of government.

That is your opinion

Fact. The House sergeant-at-arms reports to the House speaker, or Pelosi at the time of the attack. The Senate sergeant-at-arms reports to the Senate majority leader — on Jan. 6, Sen. Mitch McConnell.

As CiC, President Benedict Donald could have ordered them out to quell the riot and the storming of the Capitol by his supporters.

Fact, Nancy Pelosi refused the Nation Guard

Fact, The President can not order the Nation Guard to invade Nancy Pelosi's branch of government.

Fact, BlindBoo will not link to any law that authorizes the Executive Branch to use the military to protect or invade the Legislative Branch of government.

The Executive Branch of Government can not use the military to invade the Legislative Branch of Government. That would be considered an insurrection.

Hahahahaha, mmmm hah!

So you're saying we all saw what could not be?

"On the day of the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, the first National Guard members arrived to assist at about 5:40 p.m. By then, most of the violence had subsided.

In the critical minutes before rioters had breached the Capitol building around 2 p.m., the chief of the U.S. Capitol Police force and the mayor of Washington, D.C., put out urgent requests for guard backup. But it took more than an hour to get formal approval for their deployment, and then nearly three more hours for the first guard reinforcements to arrive.

The D.C. National Guard reports to the president.

In a recorded video the following day, President Donald Trump claimed that he “immediately deployed the National Guard and federal law enforcement to secure the building and expel the intruders.” But Trump’s claim that he acted quickly is contradicted by news reports citing unnamed sources who say the president initially resisted efforts to bring in the National Guard at the outset of the Capitol riot."

You must listen to a lot of Faux Not News stories, dontcha?

Nancy Pelosi refused the National Guard

Only after the Legislative Branch, on Jan. 6th requested the National Guard, was the National Guard authorized to be deployed.

Your narrative does not change the fact that Nancy Pelosi refused and once refused, the Executive Branch can not order the military to invade the Legislative Branch.

Again, you need to educate yourself on how and why our government operates.

You don't follow the conversation very well. The video shows testimony from one of Trump's appointees saying that Trump told him to use the national guard to protect the rioters.

You asked for a bunch of other stuff that we don't have because Trump refused to cooperate.

Didn't you see the testimony?

Nancy Pelosi refused the National Guard

How many times did Faux Not News repeat that lie for ya'll?

Neither Pelosi nor McConnell refused the NG.

"Capitol Police Chief Sund asks the House and Senate sergeant-at-arms about the possibility of placing the D.C. National Guard on standby, in case the Capitol Police needed quick backup. In an interview with the Washington Post published on Jan. 10, Sund says they were hesitant to agree. According to the article, “House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving said he wasn’t comfortable with the ‘optics’ of formally declaring an emergency ahead of the demonstration, Sund said. Meanwhile, Senate Sergeant at Arms Michael Stenger suggested that Sund should informally seek out his Guard contacts, asking them to ‘lean forward’ and be on alert in case Capitol Police needed their help.” All three officials — Sund, Irving and Stenger — have since resigned.

Update, Jan. 28: In prepared testimony for her Jan. 26 appearance before a closed session of the House Appropriations Committee – which was obtained by the New York Times — the acting chief of the Capitol Police, Yogananda D. Pittman, confirmed that on Jan. 4 – two days before the riot – “Sund requested that the Capitol Police Board declare a state of emergency and authorize a request to secure National Guard support. The Board denied the request, but encouraged Chief Sund to contact the DC National Guard to determine how many Guardsman could be sent to the Capitol on short notice, which he did.” The Capitol Police Board has three voting members: the House and Senate sergeants-at-arms and the architect of the Capitol.

One video yet there are thousands of hours of testimony?

One conversation, how many conversations were there with how many people the day of and the days leading up to Jan. 6th.

And what about the Secretary of Defense, who was given the authority over the National Guard? Where is that testimony?

What about the sergeant at arms, where is their conversations?

What about the testimony of the chief of the capitol police? Where is that in your narrative.

You have tunnel vision, narrowly focusing on one video, of hundreds, so that you can deny the truth.

The Capitol Police Board denied the request. The Capitol Police Board which is under Nancy Pelosi's control, the Capitol Police Board that reports to Nancy Pelosi.

Thank you for confirming what I stated, the Legislative Branch of Government denied, refused, the National Guard.

It doesn't matter who he wanted to protect, and if he did actually want to protect the protestors from being infiltrated by the FBI and other leftist organizations that caused exactly what happened, i.e. protestors walking into the capital building and having the book thrown at them and spending years in jail, there was nothing wrong with that. It turns out that they did indeed need protection from the corrupt pieces of leftist shit in DC. So Moroners 'argument' is nothing but stupid fluff that is meaningless.

It is a crazy argument to make, when you see Moroner' focusing only one sentence spoken throughout the entire day, or week, leading up to Jan. 6th.

What kind of idiot tries to focus attention on just one very small part of all that transpired, over the course of weeks

Go ahead and find any testimony claiming that Trump indicated the national guard was there to protect the legislature.

Because the current source says it was to protect the rioters.
