The Republican voters nominated Donald Trump, even with Ted Cruz cheating in Colorado.

And after Trump won the nomination, the post 1998 GOP went into action to stop Trump, working with Schumer and Pelosi and others the pre 1998 GOP would never have trusted. Speaker Paul Ryan literally endorsed Hillary. It was always "time to compromise" and sell out America.
