It means the American "of African ancestry" voters' voting % is the same as the national %. Then, your statement does not say white kids including poor kids.

P.S. African-American does not mean black (there are white African-Americans), and not all back are African-American.

The thread is about Mitch McConnell and not about Biden, so let me ask you do you believe it is racist to ask for proper ID to rent a place, drive a vehicle or open a bank account or is it just racist when it concerns voting?

Also proper ID isn’t the issue for Blacks but more of a issues for Asians and Hispanics, so the real question is why are the Democrats focusing on Blacks and not where the Voter ID is really focused at and that is the Hispanic vote?
