I fully disagree with this. When a smaller sovereign country is invaded by a communist superpower, we should help in protecting innocent civilians.

McCarthy, being a typical "anything for power" republican, will do whatever he is told to do in order to keep the fancy office.

McCarthy had better stop giving hard-earned, American tax dollars to that little fag. Our vets, and infrastructure, and southern wall need that money FAR more than Queerzensky does.
Should we not have supported France? South Korea?
I admit we are no longer as powerful and respected as we once were. (Thank you democrats). But if we can't protect the slaughter of innocent women and children, what do we stand for?

America slaughters its own citizens with the importation of fentanyl and other heavy drugs, along with abortion mills. When we clean up our own backyard, then we can become the moral police state for the rest of the world. Until then, America's leaders need to stop pretending to be moral angels and start using America's money in a more disciplined and sensible manner. We have more than enough problems of our own.

When, by the way, are the nations of the world going to start sending aid to the USA? Why is sending aid always the American worker's burden?

Thats nice. However, while defending the sovereignty of Ukraine, the Dems / Socialists have abandoned any pretense of defending the sovereignty of the US by ignoring immigration law with their open borders policy.

It seems clear the Dems / Socialists have something to hide.

Senate Democrats banded together Wednesday night to oppose the creation of a new office to audit US military assistance for Ukraine as part of a provision in the annual defense spending bill.

Forty-five Democrats — including every member of the Senate Armed Services Committee — voted down an amendment to establish an Office of the Lead Inspector General for Ukraine Assistance as part of the fiscal year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

With $33 trillion in debt, the US loathing Dems / Socialists have this need and desire to reach that goal of $52 Trillion in debt admitted by Janet Yellen.

But it doesn't need to be part of the normal appropriations process.

Were we respected when we invaded Vietnam and Iraq? No.

I only got as far as "abortion mills".
The SC said to mind your own business.

It is really hard to take the OP seriously, it really is.

There is first, no mention of the corruption in Ukraine, or in our own government, which is the source of much opposition, for many.

. . . and second, the OP refers to the ruling party in Russia as, "communist," which is completely absurd. The commies should be so lucky. I have no doubt, they would love to be back in power. There is a sort of fascist party in power now, whom have made an uneasy alliance with the Russian Orthodox Church.

This political party is not a whole lot different than our Rs and Ds.

An obvious clue that a money making opportunity from grift, corruption and theft is just waiting to be exploited - the Clintons are involved.

Clinton Global Initiative will launch network to provide new humanitarian aid to Ukrainians

He will do what The Turtle bids him to do....That does not mean he will have the votes to do it though. ;)

The gop House needs a hard-liner as speaker and let the chips fall where they may. Nobody from CA should be anywhere near a leadership position.

Who are you trying to fool? America stands for continuous wars of aggression. and this one is no different.

We are not the policemen of the world.

No, the Ukraine money will stay, and Gaetz and McCarthy will fall in GOP because too many GOP votes will side with the Dems.

The much-anticipated March 6 meeting in Geneva, part of Clinton's whirlwind tour of the Middle East and Europe, is widely seen as the first step in a "reset" in U.S.-Russian relations that Vice President Joseph Biden called for in a speech in Munich in February. Clinton, Lavrov Seek Common Ground
Having a consistant policy might be a good start eh

While the Dems / Socialists are raging about their demands for taxpayer money to hose down Ukraine, we see why. They don't want money spent on the US military. Wasn't it the Dems / Socialists who were screeching about a $15 minimum wage?

U.S. Military Gets Bad News From Joe Biden

The White House has vowed to veto legislation from House Republicans that would grant a 30% pay raise to junior enlisted military personnel in the coming year.

The pay increase would ensure that the lowest-earning service members would make at least $15 an hour for a 40-hour workweek.

In a press release addressing the proposed bill, the White House stated, “If the president were presented with H.R. 4365, he would veto it.”
