Of course he will. He wants to remain Speaker....what a good week for Trump, huh? everything going in his favor!

Scroll down. I already have a big thread on this subject.

I don't think anything can be "expunged" in the modern era of overlapping documentation.
In the common law legal system, an expungement proceeding is a type of lawsuit in which a first time offender of a prior criminal conviction seeks that the records of that earlier process be sealed or destroyed, making the records nonexistent or unavailable to the general public. If successful, the records are said to be "expunged". Black's Law Dictionary defines "expungement of record" as the "Process by which record of criminal conviction is destroyed or sealed from the state or Federal repository."[1] While expungement deals with an underlying criminal record, it is a civil action in which the subject is the petitioner or plaintiff asking a court to declare that the records be expunged.

So, that means they are trying to nullify the indictment. It's just absurd. We cannot expunge what has been collected and documented by private organizations that guard their documentation of social events - newspapers, media, historians, and etcetera.

And think about it; they would have to expunge the documentation requesting expungement. It's just absurd.

I believe that Trump was a good president, and the Democrats are inherently corrupt; and the cycle of political and social disorderliness we endure is because the Constitution is not perfect, . . . but good enough for government work.

The Constitution should have a clear answer to this discussion, but it doesn't because it is not perfect, and that trickles down and causes the social disorderliness.
