4. New York housing authority has been named the worst landlord in NYC so NYHousing authority renters have been banned from making complaints against the housing authority. Well...that's one less thang the NYCHA renter has to worry about.
5.Some muslim woman on his team just said that NYC is moving toward islam as they recognize that dogs are unclean and do not belong indoors. (she had to talk that one back because new yorkers had a cow about their dogs being banned. BUT, I guarantee, Give it a year and they'll come around.

He just got rid of 16 to 18 who froze to death on the streets because he did not do what NY has always done, put them indoors in freezing conditions, even if they don't want to or are too out of it to realize they are turning into a snowman.

How is the fee hidden when they tell you the cost for the night? It’s not a ******* surprise when you book the room. They tell you the price.

I’d like to also ask how you’re going to get more high end hotels instead of rent by the hour rooms when you limit these costs. Once you get the hotel cost below that of a one room apartment who do you think is going to fill your hotel you can no longer afford to upkeep?

What a far-left Mayor does in the far-left city of NYC does not impact me Mamdani influence is greatly overrated in my opinion. Consider that Mamdani opponents for the NYC Mayor were the failed scandal ridden Governor and a Republican who was never a serious or any kind of threat. Mamdani ran basically unopposed I will wait and see where things stand with Mamdani when he has a record he has to defend and a serious challenger to contend with before I start worrying about him.
