It is south of Vegas and has a fraction of the crime

Sort of really hot and dry out there, you'd do better to move east to the eastern Ohio/ western Pennsylvania area that I've lived my whole life.

Its really rather inexpensive in the whole area, and downright cheap in some places like Youngstown.
