Blathering about the police makes no sense. Police are funded by the state and local municipalities.

Defense needs to be cut. We aren’t under any serious threat anywhere from anyone. We could get by with half the defense spending we currently have.

Cutting corporate income tax had none of the benefits Trump claimed it would have. Eliminating taxes on tips and overtime is a cheap giveaway to buy votes.

Medicare advantage is super wasteful and I’d probably get rid of it. Social security should be means tested. FICA tax should be reworked or eliminated entirely and rolled into a progressive tax structure.

Again, none of this is going to happen with Trump.

Lots of context here. First, Maxwell is a liar who is angling for a pardon. Second, the bizarre circumstance of sending trump's former defense attorney and current deputy AG, who still regards himself as trump's attorney, to interview her instead of someone from the US Attorney's office in the Southern District of FL raises all kinds of red flags. Third, Maxwell was rewarded for not implicating Don in anything nefarious by being moved to a minimum security facility in TX. This, in violation of the Bureau of Prisons policy stating sex offenders are not eligible to be placed in that kind of prison.

But according to the bureau's designation policy, Maxwell appears ineligible to be housed at a minimum-security prison camp because she is a convicted sex offender.

You belong to a party that has declared all local police as systemically racist.

The logic is, since there are so many black in prison it all must be a racist shell game, as if their logic is rock solid on that assumption.

You belong to a party that would rather hire social workers to address issues the police attend to every day instead. But then, how did social workers avoid the systemically racist virus that the Left claims has infected the entire country?
