No. Mostly because she not only isn't a pedophile, she was never charged with pedophilia. She is a non violent inmate and has the same rights as any other non violent inmate. Maxwell is in Puppy Prison called so because there is a program that raises and trains service dogs. Because Maxwell has been found guilty of sex offenses involving minors (transportation of minors) she is ineligible for participation in the Puppy Prison program.
