I agree there is a difference....generally, i had thought under 12 yrs old, but in federal law, a pedophile is someone who has sex with someone under the age of 14. I just looked it up! And Epstein is known to abuse girls as young as 12....so yes, he can be called a pedophile if that is true about the 12 yr olds and he were on federal property... though each state has their own age cut off.
