The employer of a public employee is gasp THE PUBLIC. A child’s records should only be available to the parent and the teacher.No it shouldnt. It should be confidential between the employer and employee.There are safeguards in place to protect the kids and that is that.

In most school districts, curricula are right there on the school's website. At ALL schools, teachers will go over the curriculum for the classes they teach, step by step, with parents who come in for parent-teacher conferences, which are held at least 4-5 times a year and any time upon request.We should have that right but we do not have it right now in actuality; ....
