Many older suburban rings are already have these issues. Best place to buy inexpensive housing, vacant houses today. A good portion of inner cities have been "gentrified" over the past 2 decades and those former residents went to the older suburban ring.

Obama tried it and the local governments refused to re work the zoning. This plan goes after farms, rural individuals and renters. The new death tax is going to destroy those three things. Single family homes are out. HUD housing is in. All these illegals have to live somewhere. Food shortages and crime are going to be the result. The plan is to make our country one big crime ridden ghetto.
